CUB SCOUT WINTERFEST
Camp Flying Eagle

Winter in Southwest Florida is a GREAT time to camp!  Parents, bring the kids and the camping gear, but leave the kitchen home because we do the cooking for you.  Come enjoy activities like playing in snow, holiday themed projects, BB target shooting, archery or curl up under the stars with a hot cup of cocoa while enjoying an outdoor movie night.  Top off your weekend with a visit from Santa on Sunday morning!

This is a Unit Registration so please have one person from your unit register everyone attending.  Cost includes 4 meals, patch and t-shirt.  

Registration closes on November 18, 2021 and all fees are due to the council service center by November 25th.  Fees received after November 25th will be accessed a $10 per person late fee regardless of when you registered.  You are not considered registered until your fees are paid.

Registration is limited to the first 650 Scouts and parents.  All staff must register.
Children under 3 are free; they will not receive a patch or t-shirt.

Pursuant to Florida State Law, SWFL Council will collect all bank fees incurred on returned checks plus a service charge of $25 if the face value does not exceed $50; $30 if the face value exceeds $50 but does not exceed $300; $40 if the face value exceeds $300; or 5 percent of the face value of the payment instrument, whichever is greater.

Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. As the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, ins., food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. An exception will be made ONLY if a request is received in writing or email (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 72 hours before the date of the event. In most cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled. No refunds will be given on the Event Processing Fee.
