The last date for registration has passed.

This is the premier event of the Order of the Arrow and is Scouting's second-largest national gathering, attracting over 8,000 Arrowmen from across the nation.

The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) will be held at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN.  The Osceola Lodge contingent will consist of 20 Arrowmen, 15 Youth and 5 Adult.  Registrants must be Arrowmen in good standing. The cost for the event is $1000.

The fee includes registration, round-trip transportation, lodging, meals, 1 contingent patch set, 2 t-shirts, 1 polo shirt, and admission to the Georgia Aquarium.

ADULTS MUST CONTACT THE LODGE ADVISER PRIOR TO REGISTERING.

A $200 deposit must be paid on-line when you register.  Two more payments of $400 are due March 1 and May 1, 2022.  The last 2 payments may be made on-line or to the Southwest Florida Council office.

Pursuant to Florida State Law, SWFL Council will collect all bank fees incurred on returned checks plus a service charge of $25 if the face value does not exceed $50; $30 if the face value exceeds $50 but does not exceed $300; $40 if the face value exceeds $300; or 5 percent of the face value of the payment instrument, whichever is greater.

Cancellation Policy
Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. As the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, ins., food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferrable. An exception will be made ONLY if a request is received in writing or email (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 72 hrs. before the date of the event. In most cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled. No refunds will be given on Event Processing Convenience Fee.
