Alva, Boca Grande, Bokeelia, Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, Captiva Island, Estero, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Lehigh Acres, Matlacha, North Captiva Island, North Fort Myers, Pineland, Saint James City, Sanibel Island, Survey Creek, Tice.

Hendry:
Clewiston, Felda, La Belle.
