The NRA FIRST Steps Pistol Orientation is a course designed to provide a safe and hands-on introduction to pistol handling and shooting for new firearm owners.  It focuses on responsible gun ownership, firearm safety, and basic pistol operation.

This event is for Scouts BSA and Venturing youth age 14 - 20
Course minimum is 4 and maximum of 24

Registration ends October 1, 2026
Fees are due at time of registration

BRING:  Lunch, Cup/Water Bottle, Pen/Pencil
WEAR: Close Toed Shoes

Fees include Ammunition, Targets, Books
Course will include Classroom and Range Time
