Enjoy a great weekend filled with adventure and excitement where you can challenge your skills and meet new people.

Do not forget the t-shirt order when you register.  One per person.

Bring your Medical Form (Parts A, B), personal camping gear (tent, clothes, cup), chair, mosquito repellent, bathing suit (one-piece for girls), towel, change of clothes
No open-toed shoes allowed at camp.

This is a unit registration.  Have one person from your unit register everyone
At least 2 adults MUST attend and 1 must be female if you are bringing female youth.

Registration closes September 15, 2022
All fees must be paid at time of registration.

Fee Includes Registration, Meals, all Program Materials and T-shirts (one per person).  Meals include Two Cracker Barrels, Saturday meals and Sunday breakfast.

How to Register:  Online Registration:  Simply fill out the information online, and then click on the “Make Payment/Save” button at the SIDE of the payment page to lock in your registration.  You will receive an instant confirmation of your registration/payment.  

Pursuant to Florida State Law, SWFL Council will collect all bank fees incurred on returned checks plus a service charge of $25 if the face value does not exceed $50; $30 if the face value exceeds $50 but does not exceed $300; $40 if the face value exceeds $300; or 5 percent of the face value of the payment instrument, whichever is greater.

Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. As the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, ins., food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. An exception will be made ONLY if a request is received in writing or email (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 72 hours before the date of the event. In most cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled. No refunds will be given on the Event Processing Fee.
