Camp Miles

Join the Southwest Florida Council Activities committee for a full weekend of  fun!   Program will be a Wild, Wild West Themed Adventure including Cowboy/Cowgirl Themed Crafts, Games, Blacksmithing, Boating, Fishing, Chuckwagon Cooking Demonstrations, BB Shooting, Wrist Rockets, Western Movie Under the Stars and a Wild West Inspired Saturday Night Campfire Show.

REGISTRATION CLOSES ON MARCH 19th AND ALL FEES ARE DUE BY MARCH 26th.  REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 900 SCOUTS, SIBLINGS AND PARENTS.  YOU ARE NOT CONSIDERED REGISTERED UNTIL ALL FEES ARE PAID.  FEES NOT PAID COULD RESULT IN YOUR REGISTRATION BEING DROPPED FROM THE ROSTER.

THIS IS A UNIT REGISTRATION - PLEASE HAVE ONE PERSON FROM YOUR UNIT REGISTER EVERYONE ATTENDING.  Campsite assignments will be made based on your unit registration at the close of registration.

Unit registrations can be adjusted online until March 19th.  After that, please email Debi.Ryan@scouting.org.  There will be a $10 late fee for registrations added after March 19th.  

This activity is held at Camp Miles.

Online Registration:  You do not have to pay online to register online!  Simply fill out the information online, click on either the Credit Card or Mailbox button and then click on the “Make Payment/Save” button at the SIDE of the payment page to lock in your registration.  You will receive an instant confirmation of your registration/payment.  When mailing in your check put the activity name and registration number on the memo line of your check.

Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. As the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, ins., food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. An exception will be made ONLY if a request is received in writing or email (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 72 hours before the date of the event. In most cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled. No refunds will be given on the Event Processing Convenience Fee.
