This is a fantastic opportunity for all Arrowmen to come out and better their leadership skills! You don't have to have a fancy title to be a leader!   There will be awesome classes from current and upcoming officers of our lodge.

May 1st is for the incoming/outgoing officers.  May 2nd is open to all Arrowmen.  The fee is $10 per person, collected at time of registration.  Registration includes 1 breakfast, 1 lunch, program materials, and the event patch.  Registration closes April 23.  A $5 late fee will be imposed after that date. 

Payment for this event may be made on-line or sent to the Southwest Florida Service Center.  Payments made at the Service Center must be received by Thursday, April 23, 2026.

YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED MEMBER OF THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA AND YOUR YOUTH PROTECTION TRAINING MUST BE CURRENT TO ATTEND THIS EVENT.  YOUR STATUS WILL BE CHECKED WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE EVENT.

Cancellation Policy
Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. As the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, ins., food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferrable. An exception may be made ONLY if a request is received in writing or email, (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 72 hrs. before the date of the event. In most cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled. No refunds will be given on the Event Processing Fee.
