Summer Fellowship weekend is an opportunity for members of the Order of the Arrow to conduct service at our camp, share in fellowship, and learn more about what it is to be an Arrowman.  New Lodge and Chapter Officers will be sworn in at this event.  Also, the make-up Ordeal will be held at this event for those candidates that did not attend the March Ordeal.

Payment for this event may be made on-line or sent to the Southwest Florida Service Center.  Payments made at the Service Center must be received by Thursday, April 30, 2026.

YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED MEMBER OF SCOUTING AMERICA AND YOUR S.A.F.E.GUARDING YOUTH TRAINING MUST BE CURRENT TO ATTEND THIS EVENT.  YOUR STATUS WILL BE CHECKED WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE EVENT.

Registrations made after 4/30/2026 a $10 late registration fee will be charged.

Registration for Arrowmen ends on 4/30/2026 - no exceptions.

Registration for NEW Candidates closes 4/30/2026.

Cost for Arrowmen is $30.

Cost for Candidates is $55.

YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED MEMBER OF THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA AND YOUR YOUTH PROTECTION TRAINING MUST BE CURRENT TO ATTEND THIS EVENT.  YOUR STATUS WILL BE CHECKED WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE EVENT.

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BRING A COPY OF THEIR BSA MEDICAL FORM, PARTS A & B.

After 4/30/2026 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Arrowmen Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. Since the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferrable. An exception may be made if a request is received in writing or email (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 72 hrs. before the date of the event. In most cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled. No refunds will be given for event processing fees.
