"Scout Wars" is the theme of the Panther District Camporee to be held January 30 - February 1, 2026, at Price-Sanders Scout Reservation, Camp Miles.  Registration will close Thursday, January 15, and all fees are due by Thursday, January 22.  Anyone registered after the cut-off date and any fees not paid by January 22 will result in being charged the $10 late fee regardless of when you registered.

This is a unit registration!  Please have one person register all your Arrow of Lights, Scouts BSA, Venturers, and Adults. Changes to your roster can be made online by January 22. No changes will be accepted after that.

Arrow of Light participants are to register with the Pack that they belong to rather than with a Troop. Packs will be contacted after they register about their camping arrangements.

Registrations cannot be edited once they are submitted.  Follow the instructions in the Registration Info document to make changes or additions.

Registration Fee includes program materials and event patch.  Units are responsible for their own meals.

Camporee is a great time for Arrow of Lights and Scouts BSA to get together to challenge their skills and themselves while having fun!

Participants may order activity t-shirts for $15 per shirt.  The sizes are Adult Small thru Adult 5X.  T-shirts must be ordered by January 15th.  Orders after that date will not be filled.

Online Registration:  You do not have to pay online to register online!  Simply fill out the information online, click on either the Credit Card or Mailbox button and then click on the “Make Payment/Save” button at the SIDE of the payment page to lock in your registration.  You will receive an instant confirmation of your registration/payment.  When mailing in your check put the activity name and registration number on the memo line of your check.

Pursuant to Florida State Law, SWFL Council will collect all bank fees incurred on returned checks plus a service charge of $25 if the face value does not exceed $50; $30 if the face value exceeds $50 but does not exceed $300; $40 if the face value exceeds $300; or 5 percent of the face value of the payment instrument, whichever is greater.
