CPR & WILDERNESS / REMOTE FIRST AID
Camp Miles - Punta Gorda

Wilderness and Remote First Aid and CPR are required for high adventure trips.  In order to take the First Aid portion of this class you must first have CPR.  

IMPORTANT - THIS IS A HYBRID COURSE THAT WILL REQUIRE A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF SELF-STUDY! 
DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE NIGHT BEFORE TO BEGUB STUDYING!

Bring your own lunch and drinks

Once registration closes, you will receive an access code.  You will need to login with the access code to complete the online portion of the class.
You will need to bring the completion certificate(s) to class in order to sit for the practical testing.

If you do not have a current CPR card, you will need to register for both courses.

This training is good for 2 years.  This training is open to BSA members ONLY. 

Fees for the course include program supplies. 
Wilderness and Remote First Aid class will include the Field Guide.

Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. As the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, insurance, food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. You may request a refund by submitting it in writing to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 72 hours before the date of the event. In most cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled. No refunds will be given on the Event Processing Fee.
