Unit Leaders need to register their winners online ahead of time.  You will need parent's name, telephone # and email address for registration.

Unit leaders register the Top 3 cars from Lion, Tiger, Wolf, Bear, Webelos, and Arrow of Light from their Pack's Pinewood Derby.  Registered ranks are based at the Rank at the time of Pack Derby.  Arrow of Light Scouts who have already crossed over into a Scouts BSA Troop are still eligible to race their car.

Official registration weigh-in will take place on Friday, May 2nd, 2025  from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm at the IMAG  
Cars will remain locked at the race site.
Race day registration will begin at 9:00 am at IMAG for those that could not attend Friday night's weigh-in but it is not recommended.

Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. As the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, insurance, food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. You may request a refund by submitting it in writing to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 72 hours before the date of the event. In most cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled. No refunds will be given on the Event Processing Fee.
