Registration closes on October 26th or when the activity is full.  All fees are due no later than November 2nd, 2023 to the Council Service Center or a $10 / person late fee will be assessed.  You are not considered registered until your fees are paid.  Registration is limited to the first 700 participants. Roster changes can be made until October 26th; after that changes can be made upon arrival.

This is a unit registration, please have one person register everyone who is attending.  PLEASE register Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts in correct rank.

Fee includes Registration, Saturday Lunch, Program Materials (Except Build It Adventure - $10 fee, Cast Iron Chef Adventure - $5 Fee) and Event Patch. 
Units must provide all meals except for Saturday Lunch.  Concessions will be available.

This weekend is designed for Webelos & Arrow of Light youth, Webelos & Arrow of Light Den Leaders and parents; please no siblingsA great opportunity for your Scouts to work on requirements for up to 3 Adventure Achievements and learn valuable Scout knowl­edge. 12 Adventures and 4 Scout skills classes will be offered to youth. Class size is limited. Classes will be filled on a first come, first served basis and have auto-waitlists. Youth will be operating in a Scouts BSA patrol environmentPLEASE, no adults should be registered into the youth courses.  T-Shirts may be purchased in advance for $12 each.

Webelos Cast Iron Adventure has a $5 food charge fee per person and Build It Adventures has a $10 kit fee per person.

Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. As the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, insurance, food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. You may request a refund by submitting it in writing to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 72 hours before the date of the event. In most cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled. No refunds will be given on the Event Processing Fee.
