THE UNIVERSITY OF SCOUTING ARTS IS A THEMED ADULT TRAINING EVENT FOR ALL ADULT SCOUT LEADERS! LEARTN VALUABLE SKILLS TO HELP PROVIDE THE BEST POSSIBLE PROGRAM TO THE YOUTH IN YOUR UNIT. THE SORTING HAT WILL ASSIGN ALL STUDENTS AND INSTRUCTORS INTO HOGWARTS HOUSES AT CHECK-IN. COMPETE IN THE HOUSE CUP GAMES ON FRIDAY NIGHT. PARTICIPATE IN TRAINING CLASSES SATURDAY AND EARLY SUNDAY MORNING. THE WEEKEND CONCLUDES WITH A GRADUATION CEREMONY LATE SUNDAY MORNING.
Registration closes April 13th. Registrations received after April 13th will have an additional $15 per person fee. All Registered Adult Leaders are invited to attend. All fees are due to the Council by April 20th - fees not paid on time will be subject to a late fee of $15 per person. Payments online may be made using either MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. Payments may also be mailed in to the Southwest Florida Council Office. Any unpaid fees will be charged the higher fee regardless of when you register. You are not considered registered until your fees are paid.
Bring your personal camping gear: tent, sleeping bag, chair, cup/water bottle and BSA medical form Parts A & B.

The registration process must be completed to be registered. Registration is NOT complete until the ONLINE form is received. Once registration has been completed you will NOT be able to go in and edit it. Changes must be sent to debi.ryan@scouting.org.

Online registration: You do not have to pay online to register online! Simply fill out the information online, click on either the Credit Card or Mailbox button and then click on the “Complete Order” button at the SIDE of the payment page to lock in your registration. You will receive an instant confirmation of your registration/payment. When mailing in your check put the activity name and registration number on the memo line of your check.
Pursuant to Florida State Law, SWFL Council will collect all bank fees incurred on returned checks plus a service charge of $25 if the face value does not exceed $50; $30 if the face value exceeds $50 but does not exceed $300; $40 if the face value exceeds $300; or 5 percent of the face value of the payment instrument, whichever is greater.
