DON'T MISS OUT!  REGISTER NOW!

Day Camp is an opportunity for boys and girls entering 1st - 5th grade during the 2024 - 2025 school year to make new friends, earn rank advancements, enjoy shooting sports, skills, crafts and games.  Lots of volunteers are needed to make camp a success!  Each Pack must supply one full-time (all week) adult volunteer per 5 Scouts participating!  Scouts BSA and Venturing Youth age 14 and older can register as youth event volunteers.  

Youth Event Volunteers 11 - 13 years old must be registered Scouts BSA or Venturing members serving directly under their parent in a den.
All Youth Volunteers must complete Den Chief Training online before camp and have Scoutmaster approval to staff.

Space will be limited to the first 250 Scouts so do not wait to register!

Camp begins at 8:30 am and ends at 5:00 pm.
Everyone attending camp needs to bring a Health and Medical Form to camp.

REGISTRATION CLOSES ON MAY 16TH AND LIMITED TO 250 SCOUTS!
ALL FEES ARE DUE TO THE COUNCIL SERVICE CENTER BY MAY 23rd.
YOU ARE NOT CONSIDERED REGISTERED UNTIL YOUR FEES ARE PAID.
FEES NOT PAID BY MAY 23rd ARE SUBJECT TO A $25 LATE FEE PER PERSON

How to Register:  Online Registration:  You do not have to pay online to register online!  Simply fill out the information online, click on either the Credit Card or Mailbox button and then click on the “Make Payment/Save” button at the SIDE of the payment page to lock in your registration.  You will receive an instant confirmation of your registration/payment.  When mailing in your check put the activity name and registration number on the memo line of your check.

 Pursuant to Florida State Law, SWFL Council will collect all bank fees incurred on returned checks plus a service charge of $25 if the face value does not exceed $50; $30 if the face value exceeds $50 but does not exceed $300; $40 if the face value exceeds $300; or 5 percent of the face value of the payment instrument, whichever is greater

Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. As the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, insurance, food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. You may request a refund by submitting it in writing to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 72 hours before the date of the event. In most cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled. No refunds will be given on the Event Processing Fee.
