Fall Fellowship and September Lodge Executive Committee Meeting to be held at Camp Flying Eagle.  Make-up Ordeal will be held at this event.

Event registration closes 1 week prior to the event.  After registration closes a $10 late registration fee will be charged.

Registration for Arrowmen and Candidates ends Monday, 9/7 - no exceptions.  Payment for this event will be on-line only.

Arrowmen that became Ordeal members at the 2020 March Ordeal do not pay a fee for this event only.

Pursuant to Florida State Law, SWFL Council will collect all bank fees incurred on returned checks plus a service charge of $25 if the face value does not exceed $50; $30 if the face value exceeds $50 but does not exceed $300; $40 if the face value exceeds $300; or 5 percent of the face value of the payment instrument, whichever is greater.

After 9/7/2020 a fee of $10.00 will apply to all Arrowmen Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. As the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, ins., food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. An exception will be made ONLY if a request is received in writing or email (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 72 hours before the date of the event. In most cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled. No refunds will be given on the Event Processing Convenience Fee.
