REGISTRATION CLOSES ON OCTOBER 31 OR WHEN ACTIVITY IS FULL.  ALL FEES ARE DUE BY NOVEMBER 8th TO THE COUNCIL SERVICE CENTER.  YOU ARE NOT CONSIDERED REGISTERED UNTIL YOUR FEES ARE PAID.  REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 700 PARTICIPANTS. UNPAID REGISTRATION FEES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $10 PER PERSON LATE FEE.  ROSTER CHANGES CAN BE MADE ONLINE UNTIL OCTOBER 31; AFTER THAT CHANGES CAN BE MADE UPON ARRIVAL.

This is a unit registration, please have one person register everyone who is attending.  PLEASE register Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts in correct rank.

This weekend is designed for Webelos * Arrow of Light youth, Webelos & Arrow of Light Den Leaders and parents; please no siblingsA great opportunity for your Scouts to work on requirements for up to 3 Adventure Achievements and learn valuable Scout knowl­edge. I0 Adventures and 5 Scout skills classes will be offered to youth. Class size is limited. Classes will be filled on a first come, first served basis and have auto wait lists. Youth will be operating in a Scouts BSA patrol environmentPLEASE, no adults should be registered into the youth courses.  T-Shirts may be purchased separately for $10 each.

Adult level outdoors skills classes will be offered (all cooking classes require prepayment of an additional $5 food charge).

Webelos Iron Chef has a $5 food charge fee per person and Build It Adventures has a $10 kit fee per person.

Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. As the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, ins., food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. An exception will be made ONLY if a request is received in writing or email (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 72 hours before the date of the event. In most cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled. No refunds will be given on the Event Processing Convenience Fee.
