Day Camp is an opportunity for Scouts entering 1st - 5th grade during the 2019 - 2020 school year to make new friends, earn rank advancement, enjoy shooting sports, skills, crafts and games.  Lots of volunteers are needed to make camp a success, so please consider volunteering.  Adult volunteers can also register their non-Scouting children (potty trained) for Tot Lot.  Scouts BSA/Venturers/Boys and Girls age 13 and up can register as Youth Staff.  The camp program will begin daily at 8:30 am.  A packed lunch in a cooler needs to be provided for everyone (no refrigeration is available).  Campers will have lunch provided on Friday.

The camp uniform is your camp t-shirt. Please don't send your scout to camp in nice, new clothes; they will get wet, dirty, sweaty and sticky. It is recommended that you consider purchasing an additional shirt; you may not want to wash your shirt every night.

Registration Type:   Cub Scouts / Webelos / Arrow of Light (going into 1st - 5th grade)
                                 Staff - Adult (all week and part-time)  ALL WEEK ADULT VOLUNTEERS (over 21) RECEIVE A $25 REBATE ON REGISTRATION ON THEIR CUB SCOUT - ONE DISCOUNT PER YOUTH
                                
Staff - Youth (youth 13 years old or older)
                                 Tot Lot - (potty trained siblings; adult must be on site)

Cost:  Cub Scouts / Webelos:     $85                          
           Extra T-Shirts:  $10
          

YOU ARE NOT CONSIDERED REGISTERED UNTIL ALL FEES ARE PAID.  FEES NOT PAID BY JUNE 20th WILL BE CHARGED A $10 LATE FEE.

Youth and adults must have the following items:

      Health form and Youth Protection Training (adults/staff)

Payment:  At checkout, you may pay either with a credit card or you can click on the mail box option to mail your payment to the council service center.  You MUST click on the COMPLETE ORDER button in order to lock in your registration; you will receive an instant notice.  Your registration will not be final until your payment is received. 

Event Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. As the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, ins., food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferable.  An exception will be made ONLY if a request is received in writing or email (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 72 hours before the date of the event.  In most cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled.  No refunds will be given on the Event Processing Convenience Fee.
