REGISTRATION CLOSES ON JANUARY 12 AND ALL FEES ARE DUE BY JANUARY 19.  ANY FEES NOT PAID BY JANUARY 19 WILL BE CHARGED THE LATE FEE OF $10 PER PERSON.  YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED UNTIL YOUR FEES ARE PAID.

Boy Scouts and Arrow of Light scouts, it's time for fun filled weekend!  The  theme this year is the 2016 Manatee/Two Rivers Native American Camporee!  Arrow of Light scouts will need to attend with the troop of their choice in order to attend.

This is a UNIT REGISTRATION!  One person from your troop will register everyone attending. Changes to your roster should be emailed to swflactivityreg088@gmail.com by January 21.  No changes will be accepted after that.

Cost:  $20 per person (by January 12)

           $15 per staff (includes 1 t-shirt)

Online Registration:  You do not have to pay online to register online!  Simply fill out the information online, click on either the Credit Card or Mailbox button and then click on the “Make Payment/Save” button at the SIDE of the payment page to lock in your registration.  You will receive an instant confirmation of your registration/payment.  When mailing in your check put the activity

Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. Since the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferrable.  An exception will be made if a request is received in writing or email (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office (not the acitivty chair)by the individual no less than 72 hrs. before the date of the event.  In some cases, only a partial refund can be made. No refunds will be made on convenience fees when registration is paid by credit card.  Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled.
