Chartered Organizations are welcome to participate in this training, not just their representatives.  This training is required to have a 100% trained unit and enable the charter organization representative to wear the "Trained" patch.  A Charter Rep. is not considered trained until the completion of this course.

Who is welcome to take this No Charge training?  Current charter Reps., Youth Ministers, Civic Club board members, Pasters, and prespective charter partners for the BSA.

What will be covered?  Overview education of the Scouting program, partner concept, organization structure, the council's role, your role, expanding your organization's reach with Scouting, and how to start and expand your current Scouting units.

This training will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
