​MEDIA PERMISSION / WAIVER FORM - REQUIRED FOR EACH PERFORMER

Join students from Lee County schools as they show off their talents in Dance, Vocal, Instrumentals, and Drama/Novelty performances.
Students must be registered in Kindergarten - 12th Grade.  Performances may be Solo acts or Small (2 - 4 students) to Large (5 students) Groups.
Solo performers may also join in one group performance.

PERFORMER REGISTION DETAILS:
     REGISTER YOUR PERFORMANCES - $5 per student EARLY by January 15, after January 15, a $5 per person late fee will be added. 
                                                               Registration closes January 15, 2027

Register one performance type per registration.

A full Technical Rehearsal will take place on Thursday, February 4, 2027.  Detailed event information will be emailed upon your completed registration.

GENERAL ADMISSION REGISTRATION DETAILS:
   PURCHASE GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS  - $10 per person (5 & under are free) by February 1, 2027, after February 1, a $5 per person late fee will be added.
                                                                              Registration closes Thursday, February 1, 2027.
