DESCRIPTION:CUB SCOUT WINTERFEST \n  \n Camp Flying Eagle \n  \n Winterfest is a fun filled camping weekend for Cub Scouts and their families.  Join us for activities like BB shooting, archery, games and craft projects.  Curl up under the stars with hot cocoa while watching an outdoor movie.  Top off your weekend with a visit from Santa. \n  \n  \n Download Flyer Here! \n  \n Download Program Guide Here! \n  \n  \n This is a Unit Registration so please have one person from your unit register everyone attending.   \n  \n  \n Cost includes registration, program materials and an event patch \n  \n Food is provided by the Pack \n  \n  \n T-Shirts may be ordered in advance for $15 each   \n  \n  \n Registration closes November 19, 2026 \n  \n Fees are due November 26, 2026 \n  \n A late fee of $10/person will be assessed for payments made after November 26, 2026  \n  \n  \n Registration is limited to the first 500 participants - REGISTER EARLY! \n  \n All staff must register \n  \n  \n Children under 3 are free; they will not receive a patch \n  \n  \n Pursuant to Florida State Law, SWFL Council will collect all bank fees incurred on returned checks plus a service charge of $25 if the face value does not exceed $50; $30 if the face value exceeds $50 but does not exceed $300; $40 if the face value exceeds $300; or 5 percent of the face value of the payment instrument, whichever is greater.  \n
