DESCRIPTION: \n Winter Fellowship, Busk Banquet, and December Lodge Executive Committee Meeting to be held at Price Sanders Scout Reservation, Camp Miles.  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n Event registration closes Thursday, December 3, 2026.  After registration closes a $10 late registration fee will be charged.  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n Saturday Busk Banquet:  The Saturday night Busk Banquet will recognize those Arrowmen receiving the Vigil Honor as well as those receiving other awards from the Lodge. It is not necessary to register for the full Winter Fellowship weekend to attend the Saturday Busk Banquet. You may just register for the banquet itself, the fee being $15. The additional $10 late fee will be charged to walk-ins. \n  \n  \n Payment may be made on-line or at the Southwest Florida Council Service Center in Ft. Myers.   \n  \n  \n  \n  \n If you have a dietary restriction, please indicate it when registering.  An attempt will be made to meet any submitted restrictions, but the individual should be prepared should we be unable to do so.  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED MEMBER OF SCOUTING AMERICA AND YOUR S.A.F.E.GUARDING YOUTH TRAINING MUST BE CURRENT TO ATTEND THIS EVENT.  YOUR STATUS WILL BE CHECKED WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE EVENT.  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n Pursuant to Florida State Law, SWFL Council will collect all bank fees incurred on returned checks plus a service charge of $25 if the face value does not exceed $50; $30 if the face value exceeds $50 but does not exceed $300; $40 if the face value exceeds $300; or 5 percent of the face value of the payment instrument, whichever is greater.    \n  \n  \n   \n  \n
