DESCRIPTION:ALLIGATOR DISTRICT CAMPOREE - "A Florida Man..." \n  \n Florida Sports Park \n  \n Your very own, YOUTH LED, Order of the Arrow Chapter is planning another action packed Camporee for our fellow Scouts.  This year's theme is "A Florida Man...".  FUN, GAMES, CEREMONY, and more fun.  Be part of the action!  \n  \n Join us Saturday night for the Annual Order of the Arrow "Call OUT' ceremony.  Saturday will be our wildly popular CAMPFIRE program, so start working on your skits and songs now. \n  \n  \n DOWNLOAD THE FLYER HERE! \n  \n DOWNLOAD THE LEADER'S GUIDE HERE! \n  \n  \n Open to all OA Members, Scouts BSA, Venturers, Arrow of Light Scouts (Day Only) \n  \n Arrow of Light Scouts may attend on Saturday only and depart after the Campfire Saturday evening.  AOL's should register with a Troop. \n  \n  \n This is a UNIT REGISTRATION!  One person from your Troop will register everyone attending.   \n  \n  \n All Staff and Participants must check-in at the Administration Building for a mandatory check-in procedure.   \n  \n Health Forms A & B must be presented for every attendee, alphabetized in a folder for review \n  \n  \n Bring Field Uniform and Campfire Skits. ANY FEES NOT PAID BY JANUARY 27th WILL BE CHARGED A $5 LATE FEE PER SCOUT/ADULT EVEN IF YOU REGISTERED EARLY.  YOUR UNIT IS NOT CONSIDERED REGISTERED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. \n  \n  \n Online Registration:  You do not have to pay online to register online! l Simply fill out the information online, click on either the Credit Card of Mailbox button and then click on the "Make Payment/SAve" button at the SIDE of the payment page to lock in your registration.  You will receive an instant confirmation of your registration/payments.  When mailing in your check put the activity name and registration number on the memo line of your check. \n  \n  \n Event Fee Policy:  The current Southwest Florida Council policy is that registrants will be charged the event fee that is in effect at the time of registration if paid by the fee cut-off date.  Payments must be received at the Council Service Center not later than the fee cut-off date.  After that date registrants will be charged the late registration event fee regardless of the date the registration took place. \n
