Join the Southwest Florida Council Activities Staff for a weekend of fun!  Webelos Jamboree features skills instruction stations in the morning followed by competitive stations in the afternoon to show off your new Scout skills!  The skills taught will be focused in the following categories:  First Aid, Camp Cooking, Fitness, Campsite Set-Up and Ecology.

A campfire program will be held Saturday night comprised of songs and skits from the units attending the event.  An optional crossover ceremony will be offered as part of the campfire program for those AOL Scouts who wish to participate.

Registration is limited to the first 400 Scouts and Parents
Siblings are not permitted to attend this event

This is a Unit Event Registration - Please have one person in your unit register everyone in your unit on the same registration
You may edit your registration, if necessary, until the registration deadline of 3/16/23

Registration Deadline:  3/16/23
Payments are Due:  3/23/23 or a $10/person late fee will be assessed

Fee includes registration, Saturday Bag Lunch, program materials and event patch
T-Shirts may be purchased in advance for $12

Units MUST provide all meals except for Saturday Lunch
Concessions will be available.

Pursuant to Florida State Law, SWFL Council will collect all bank fees incurred on returned checks plus a service charge of $25 if the face value does not exceed $50; $30 if the face value exceeds $50 but does not exceed $300; $40 if the face value exceeds $300; or 5 percent of the face value of the payment instrument, whichever is greater.

Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. As the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, ins., food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. An exception will be made ONLY if a request is received in writing or email (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 72 hours before the date of the event. In most cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled. No refunds will be given on the Event Processing Fee.
