REGISTRATION CLOSES ON JANUARY 11 AND ALL FEES ARE DUE BY JANUARY 18.  ANY FEES NOT PAID BY JANUARY 18 WILL BE CHARGED THE $5 LATE FEE.  YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED UNTIL YOUR FEES ARE PAID.

Your very own, YOUTH LED, Order of the Arrow Chapter is planning another action packed camporee for our fellow Scouts.  FUN, GAMES, CEREMONY, and more fun.  Be part of the action!  This year's theme will be the Olympics!  Join us Saturday night for the Annual Order of the Arrow "Call Out" ceremony.  Saturday will be our wildly popular CAMPFIRE program.  So start working on your skits and songs now.

This is a UNIT REGISTRATION!  One person from your troop will register everyone attending including t-shirts orders. Changes to your roster between January 12 - January 22 can be emailed to:  SWFLActivityReg088@gmail.com.  No changes will be accepted after that.

Camporee will be held at Camp Miles.

Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. Since the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferrable.  An exception will be made if a request is received in writing or email (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office (not the activity chair) by the individual no less than 72 hrs. before the date of the event.  In some cases, only a partial refund can be made. No refunds will be given on convenience fees when fees are paid by credit card.  Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled.  No refund will be given for credit card processing fees.
