Registration closes on March 24. Please have ONE person from your unit register everyone attending. Participants may order one shirt per person; make sure to place your order on the PARTICIPANT MERCHANDISE order form. Staff also recieve one free shirt; order your shirt on the STAFF MERCHANDISE order form. The term "staff" is designated for activity staff; not sponsor staff.
All fees are due by March 30; a $10 late fee will be added to all registrations after March 24 and all unpaid registrations after March 30. NO roster changes will be made after April 4. A $10 late fee will be added for additional participants after March 24. For roster changes (substitutions/deletions/additions) email: Lori.Laumeyer@scouting.org.
Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. Since the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, food, patches, etc., activity fee are non-refundable & non-transferrable. An exception will be made if a request is received in writing or email (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 72 hrs. before the date of the event. In some cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled. No refunds will be given on credit card processing fees.
