Day Camp is an opportunity for Scouts entering 1st - 5th grade during the 2016 - 2017 school year to make new friends, earn rank advancement, enjoy shooting sports, skills, crafts and games.  Lots of volunteers are needed to make camp a success, so please consider volunteering.  Adult volunteers can also register their non-Scouting children(potty trained) for Tot Lot.  Boy Scouts/Venturers/Girls age 13 and up can register as Jr. Staff.  The camp program will begin daily at 9:00 am, but drop off will begin at 8:30 am.  Before / After Care Program is available all week for an additional fee. A packed lunch in a cooler needs to be provided for everyone (no refrigeration is available).

Our annual awards dinner and slide show will take place on Thursday, June 8 from 6:15 pm - 7:30 pm.  Purchase tickets for $5 for ALL attendees. Registration for the dinner can be found on the calendar page 2017 Panther Cub Scoutt Day Camp Awards Dinner.

The camp uniform is your camp t-shirt. Please don't send your son to camp in nice, new clothes; he will get wet, dirty, sweaty and sticky. It is reccommended that you consider purchasing an additional shirt; you may not want to wash your shirt every night.

Registration Type:   Cub Scouts / Webelos (going into 1st - 5th grade)
                                 Staff - Adult (all week and partime)  ALL WEEK ADULT VOLUNTEERS RECEIVE A $25 REBATE ON REGISTRATION
                                
Staff - Youth (youth 13 years old or older)
                                 Tot Lot - (potty trained siblings)

Cost:                  YOU ARE NOT CONSIDERED REGISTERED UNTIL ALL FEES ARE PAID.  FEES NOT PAID BY MAY 26 WILL BE CHARGED A $25 LATE FEE.
         Cub Scouts / Webelos:     $85                          

         Jr. Staff:  $10 (includes Friday lunch)

         Extra T-Shirts:  $10

          Hats:  $15
                    
         Before / After Care:  $20 for the week (7:30 am and after care ends at 5:45 pm.)

Youth and adults must have the following items:

      Health form and Youth Protection Training (adults/staff)

Payment:  At checkout, you may pay either with a credit card or you can click on the mail box option to mail your payment to the council service center.  You MUST click on the SAVE button in order to lock in your registration; you will receive an intstant notice.  Your registration will not be final until your payment is received. 

Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. Since the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferrable.  An exception will be made if a request is received in writing or email (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 72 hrs. before the date of the event.  In some cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled.  No refunds for credit card processing fees.
