The forms necessary to register for the 2010 Powell Family Reuion or order event merchandise may be downloaded from the links below.  Submission of the forms are required to be signed up for the event or to order event merchandise.  Payment without submitting the necessary for does not register you for the event.

Individuals wishing to serve on Staff for event are required to register separately NOT with a unit.  This is to ensure that the necessary Staff items are ordered.

On-line payment of fees for the 2010 Powell Family Reunion may be by clicking on the button below.  This payment process may be used by units, individuals registering as staff, and to pay for event merchandise.  It may also be used by individuals that are registering as staff, but NOT with a unit.  This on-line registration process is for payments only; you will still need to submit your completed registration form.  These forms can be downloaded from the links below.  Payment may also be mailed to the Southwest Florida Council Service Center.

If you are planning to staff the 2010 Powell Family Reunion you will need to register for the area you are interested in staffing.  Be sure to let us know if you plan on camping with staff or your unit. You will still need to send in the Staff Registration form below to complete the process.

This event will be hosted by the Big Cypress Seminole Reservation

 

Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. Since the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferrable. An exception will be made if a request is received in writing or email (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 24 hrs. before the date of the event. In some cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled.
