Video for Administrators With the summer season hitting full stride, there's lots to do, and Doubleknot is a core piece to your summer program delivery. A video from a webinar we held in April contains a good overview of the most important features including managing registrations and running reports. If you have new admins in your office or you just need a refresher, be sure to check it out. Click here to view the video. Unit Schedule Report for Programs Remember that your Unit Leaders can run a report which shows the schedule for each member for a program event such as Summer Camp. This is an easy way for leaders to view and download a comprehensive list of each registrant and the classes in which they are enrolled. To get to the report, unit leaders need to login to their Doubleknot profile, then click on the Registrations Tab which will show all their registrations. Next, click the Reports link to the right of the desired event, then click Unit Schedule. |
