Click here to sign up today! Server Upgrade Still Planned Last week we told you we are planning a server upgrade and that we expected it to be done this week. Well it is taking longer than we hoped to get the new hardware installed, configured, and tested. If all goes as expected, it will be put in place sometime over the next week. As communicated earlier the upgrade will be done in the middle of the night, when it will be least disruptive. Tip of the Week: URL that displays Registration Link for Multiple Activities Our system has a method that would allow you to build a single link which shows a list of several events along with the number of registrants and the remaining spaces available. This is found under Event Managementà Event URLsà Calendar Activities URLs List. To create the link, highlight as many of your events as you’d like from the Calendar Activity list box, then click on Display URLs. When this is done you have now produced a URL (scroll to the bottom to Activities Capacity Page for the URL), which will display multiple activities, number of registrations for each of those events, and the remaining capacity available. |
