Subscriptions Tab on Profile for Setting Elist Preferences
You can instruct your members and email recipients that they can change their email preferences by logging into their profile. Once logged in, they can use the Subscriptions tab and check or uncheck the lists to which they are subscribed. Remember that they can only update those lists that are not set to Administrator Controls Signup.
