Friday's Doubleknot News - Vol. 112 4/26/2013 PCI Compliance Doubleknot complies with a set of data security standards for protecting personal and sensitive information. This compliance, called PCI DSS, requires a quarterly assessment of our security standards, which we do via an independent, 3rd party company. Please do not request your own compliance checks, as it places an undue burden on our system and unnecessarily costs you money. If you need a PCI Compliance certificate, please send us an email at doubleknot@doubleknot.com and we'll have one sent to you. Tip of the Week: Comm Center Message Subject Wording Beware of the wording in the subject of your email messages as it can influence what ends up in your receipients' junk mail folder. While terms such as 'Great Special', 'Savings', or 'Limited Time Offer' may capture the attention of your members, it also increase the chance that the message will end up being classified as spam. Admin Shopping Cart Registration & Interface Upgrade for Program Management Just an update - last week we annouced that the Event Shopping Cart and Upgraded Interface for Program Management would be available this week. We are still moving forward on these changes and now are targeting to have them available in the early part of next week. In the meantime, a new training video on Program Management is now available in our video library, under General Training. Marketing Survey Be on the lookout for a very brief marketing survey that we will be sending out on Monday. We'd really appreciate your feedback as it helps us to better understand your organization and how we can best support you. Enjoy the weekend! |
