IMPORTANT: If a Task Seems Difficult, Ask for Help!
We make every effort to ensure that our features are easy for our customers to use and understand. But, because we support so many different functions, it might not always be clear how accomplish a specific task (like configuring a special event, or reporting on specific information).
We recommend that you use this general rule of thumb: If you’re doing something in Doubleknot that seems overly complicated or difficult, stop and contact support. Please give us a chance to show you an easier way to approach the task and get the desired results.
