Sales Station Mobile Highlight:
Update Registrations and Collect Payments Anywhere

Like any mobile POS, Sales Station Mobile lets you collect credit card payments from your customers. But, did you know that you can use Sales Station Mobile to look up existing registrations, make changes and accept payments? Here are a few ways to use this feature:

  • Camps and Special Events: It’s easy to handle last-minute walkups and changes at your event or program site! New and revised registration information is updated in the database so your records are always accurate, and staff can collect payments due without needing to handle cash. This feature is especially helpful for daycamp programs, where families may want to add before-care, after-care or an additional session, or purchase a camp T-shirt or other merchandise.
  • Field trips: It’s not uncommon for a school or other group to arrive with more participants than the original number on the reservation. You can use Sales Station Mobile to quickly pull up the reservation and add new participants.
  • In-Person Payments: If the customer is taking advantage of a payment schedule, they can pay the full balance due at any Sales Station Mobile register.
