Sales Station Mobile Documentation Available
The following documentation for Sales Station Mobile is now available:
- Setting Up Sales Station Mobile: This very short guide explains the administrative procedures to set up iPads as Sales Station Mobile registers for your organization.
- Using Sales Station Mobile: This guide explains how to use the Sales Station Mobile app to handle customer purchases. Topics include adding all kinds of items to an order, accepting payments, issuing receipts and more! There’s also a one-page quick reference for using the Sales Station Mobile register.
These documents will be soon be located on the User Manuals page and included in the online help. But, so many clients have expressed their interest in Sales Station Mobile that we wanted to get these to you right away!
Remember, if you want to use Sales Station Mobile, you’ll need to follow the steps in this short document to get ready.
When Are New Registrations Available in Reports?
To ensure that reports are generated quickly, Doubleknot stores all reporting information in a data warehouse. The data warehouse consolidates all of your organization’s information in a single repository so that reports can access data from any part of Doubleknot. It can take up to ten minutes for the data from new and modified registrations, reservations and memberships to be optimized in the data warehouse and available for reports. So, don’t worry if a new purchase or updates made in the past few minutes aren’t immediately displayed in an event or membership report—the information definitely exists in the Doubleknot database and will be available shortly.
