IMPORTANT: Infrastructure Upgrade Tonight (Friday 4/17/2015)
We’re performing a significant upgrade of our servers and network infrastructure from 9 PM PDT on Friday, April 17 to 3 AM PDT on Saturday, April 18. During this time, Doubleknot services will not be available.
The upgrade reflects our continuing investment in providing the most advanced architecture available for your online services. The benefits of this upgrade include:
- Responsiveness: Our new infrastructure will provide even faster response times.
- Scalability: We’ll be able to spin up additional servers in real time to meet seasonal demand.
- Futureproofing: This upgrade lays the groundwork for future enhancements including the deployment of a content delivery network (CDN), which will further speed the delivery and display of your pages by storing materials on servers in your geographical region.

WEBINARS: Basic Doubleknot Administrator Training
Our basic administrator training webinars continue through next week. These webinars are useful for new staff who’ve joined your organization as well as existing staff who haven’t been trained or who’d like to brush up their basic skills. (If your organization only has one person who uses Doubleknot, it’s a good idea to designate and train at least one backup administrator.)
