To receive the most up-to-date support information and news, follow @DoubleknotInc on Twitter. For example, we announced this week's Authorize.net outages immediately on Twitter. We will continue to provide updates about changes and enhancements in the Friday News and by email, but Twitter is the most immediate way to get current information about what’s going on at Doubleknot.

NEW: Greater Control of Event Payment Reminders
To make it easier to create custom messages for payment reminder notifications, we’ve added a new utility called Manage Notification Messages. You can create and save custom messages with unique titles, and then assign a custom message to the reminders sent before and after the payment due date or the event date.

If you created custom messages for events before this update, don’t worry—your messages are still assigned to their event payment reminders. All the custom message you created are now located in the Manage Notifications Messages utility, which will make it easier for you to use them again.

Any custom messages you already created before this update can be viewed and edited in the Manage Notification Messages. The title will be the name of the event and whether it’s the message sent before the event or payment due date or after the event or payment due date.

For complete information about event payment reminders, check out the updated Event Payment Reminders user brief (in the Administer panel, click User Manuals) or the updated online help (select Help at the top of any Doubleknot page).

ENHANCEMENT: Updates to the Rich Text Editor
We’ve updated the Rich Text editor used to create and edit Site Brander pages, Communications Center emails, Newsroom articles and the Details pages for events, facilities, and memberships. The updated editor has all the same powerful features as the previous version

When you use the Rich Text editor, you may notice that the toolbars have been redesigned to make it easier to identify the tool that you’re looking for. In addition, the Remove Format command has been redesigned. In the image below, the new icon for the Remove Format command is circled in red.
