IMPROVEMENT: Organizational Control of Event Convenience Fees To provide you with greater control over pricing, all convenience fees for events that accept online payments will now be specified by your organization. To set a convenience fee for online payments for an event, follow these steps on the Create and Edit page for the event: - In the Convenience Fee section, click the Payees pay convenience fee checkbox. Additional convenience fee information will be displayed.
- In the Amount to Add section, enter one or both of the following:
- If you want to add a flat amount, enter the amount in the Amount to Add field.
- If you want to add a percentage of the total cost, enter the percentage in the Percentage to Add field.
