NEW: Customizable Templates for Tickets, Receipts, and Emails

Doubleknot now supports the customization of templates for tickets, receipts, and emails that are sent to customers. Custom templates present an excellent opportunity to deliver your organization’s message and branding. Click here to read a user brief on customizing templates.

Customizing templates requires design skill and experience working with HTML. If you are not comfortable with HTML or simply don’t have the time, Doubleknot will customize any template to your specification for a nominal fee. Contact us for more information!

ENHANCED: Improved Category Display

We’ve improved the way that event categories are displayed to customers! Each event is displayed on a single line that shows availability and the Register link (if registration is available). When a customer clicks the event, the event details are displayed below the event instead of on a new page, creating a more streamlined user experience.

To find the URL for an event category, go to Event Management -> Utilities -> Manage Categories. Then, select the category, select Modify Category, and click OK. The displayed page will contain the URL to display the contents of the category on a web page.

When a vistor clicks the name of an event on a category page, details and capacity are now displayed
below the event instead of on a new page.
