The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) will be held in Bloomington, IN.  The Osceola Lodge contingent will consist of 20 Arrowmen, 15 Youth and 5 Adult.

This is the premier event of the Order of the Arrow and is Scouting's second-largest national gathering, attracting over 8,000 Arrowmen from across the nation.
