Join the Two Rivers Activities Committee for an exciting weekend of program including a crossover ceremony.

WHEN:
February 12 - 14, 2016
Check in begins at 5 pm on Friday.  Registration deadline is January 29, 2016.  Registration will be limited to the first 300 participants.

COST:
$20 - Scout, parent or leader camping and participating in Saturday program
$15 - Staff members 
$5 - Scouts participating in crossover only

ALL fees are due no later than Friday, February 5 to the council service center.  A late fee of $5 per person will be added to additional registrations after January 29.  A $10 per person late fee will be added to ALL unpaid fees.

Participant t-shirts Youth Small thru Youth Large and Adult Small thru Adult 3x are available. Cost is $9 each.

After 1/29/2016 a fee of $5.00 will apply to all Adult Registrants.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. Since the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. An exception will be made if a request is received in writing or e-mail (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Service Center by the individual no less than 24 hours before the date of the event. In some cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled.
