Registration is limitied to the first 700 Cub Scouts and their families.
This is a UNIT registration. Families will sign up with their Pack and all fees are paid to the Pack. Packs will have 1 representative sign everyone up in the Pack; please do not have multiple contact people register your pack. Your registration maybe changed ONLINE until March 12; any changes March 13 - 22 can be email: Lori.Laumeyer@scouting.org. NO changes will be made after March 23.
Fees: $20 per Cub Scout, Webelos, sibling and parent
$15 per staff member
$8 per participant t-shirt
Meals will be provided by your Pack.

Online Registration: You do not have to pay online to register online! Simply fill out the information online, click on either the Credit Card or Mailbox button and then click on the “Make Payment/Save” button on the side of the payment page to lock in your registration. You will receive an instant confirmation of your registration/payment. When mailing in your check put the activity name and registration number on the memo line of your check.
Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. Since the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferrable. An exception will be made if a request is received in writing or email (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 24 hrs. before the date of the event. In the case of a unit registration, refunds will be return to the Pack and the Pack will refund the the family their fees. In some cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled.
