PLEASE REGISTER AND PAY FOR THIS ACTIVITY ONLINE.  REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON MIDNIGHT OF OCTOBER 17.

Annual meeting of Unit, District, and Roundtable Commissioners from throughout the Southwest Florida Council.  This year's conference will include:

Hands-on instruction in use of the new My.Scouting Commissioner Tools led by Debra Kendrew, Member Applications Manager (National)

J.T.E. and Annual Service Plan development led by Kresha Alvarado, Assistant Council Commissioner for Training, Circle Ten Council, Texas

Afternoon breakout session will allow each group of commissioners to meet and discuss their own unique issues and challenges and Roundtable Commissioners will learn more about the new Roundtable program and the concept of Big Rock topics.

There is a $10 fee for the event including lunch and program materials.

Cancellation Policy
Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. Since the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferrable. An exception will be made if a request is received in writing or email (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 24 hrs. before the date of the event. In some cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled.
