Details:

Frontier Rendezvousis the theme for this year's Panther Camporee.  New this year - ALL Webelos are invited to attend to a Troop.

Check-in will begin at 5 pm and will close at 9 pm.
Scoutmaster and SPL meeting will take place at 9:30 pm.

Many new and fun activities are in the works.

REGISTRATION-
Please select one person to enter the UNIT registration; please don't have individuals register.  Webelos should be registering with a Troop; please make sure that your Troop knows how many are attending. 

OA Staff (youth & adults) should be registering with their Troop.  They will be camping AND eating with their troop.
OA Staff (youth & adults) who are NOT attending with a Troop will register as "STAFF" on the main registration page. They will camp as staff and eat with staff.

           $35 when registered between January 11-17, 2013

ALL fees are due by January 24.  Any unpaid fees will the late fee amount regardless of when you register.

Camp Miles will host the Camporee.

Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. Since the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferrable.  An exception will be made if a request is received in writing or email (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 24 hrs. before the date of the event.  In some cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled.
