                    $25 when registered between January 18 - January 24
     All fees are due by February 1.  You are not considered registered until paid.  All unpaid fees (regardless of when you registered) will be charged the $25 fee upon arrival.

     All Day - Environmental Science (FULL COURSE), Photography and Robotics
Courses are limited in size, so select an alternate when registering.

Online Registration:  You do not have to pay online to register online!  Simply fill out the information online, click on either the Credit Card or Mailbox button and then click on the “Make Payment/Save” button at the bottom of the payment page to lock in your registration.  You will receive an instant confirmation of your registration/payment.  When mailing in your check put the activity name and registration number on the memo line of your check.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. Since the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferrable. An exception will be made if a request is received in writing or email (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 24 hrs. before the date of the event. In some cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled.
