 \n 	This is a unit registration.  All Boy Scouts, Ventuerers and Webelos are invited to attend.  Regisration is limited to 300 participants.  REGISTRATION CLOSES JANUARY 17, 2013. \n

 \n 	The theme for this year's camporee is:  Emergency Preparedness \n 
 \n 	The camporee will take place at Camp Flying Eagle in Bradenton. \n

 \n 	You do not have to pay online to register online! You will receive an instant confirmation of your registration/payment.  When mailing in your check put the activity name and registration number on the memo line of your check. \n

 \n 	Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. Since the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferrable.  An exception will be made if a request is received in writing or email (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 24 hrs. before the date of the event.  In some cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled. \n
